A coach and therapist in curiosity about human behaviour, in admiration about human soul and fascination for each unique story words, thoughts, actions and feelings to help and support freeing yourself from the past and empowering future in trust, confidentiality, honesty, challenging and non judgmental safe space

I live in Athens Greece (+2GMT W/+3GMT S) and I often travel to London

My favorite places on earth is Gialova Messinia Greece and Ile Maurice or anywhere where is near blue sea and mindful sunsets

In other lives I was a dolphin or activist for dolphins

I love my dogs Zigi, Brownie, Tabi and cats

I like hugs, smiles, hearts and emojis

I love music and dance

I love laugh and humor

I like kindness and compassion

In this life I am still wondering why we feel so excited about travelling to the Moon when we haven't done our best to save this planet OUR planet and people all around the world who are still in need of with basic human needs and rights

I am fair and unpredictable, don’t take me for granted

I respect and I gain respect

I am stubborn or strong-willed

I have goals, I always set goals small or big and I do shift and move on

I do my best with the resources I have

I embrace challenges, they make me stronger and wiser

I made a choice making unfamiliar not good, not serving old thoughts, words, behaviors, actions, stories mine or others' and made familiar new better ones changing my peace of mind and happiness

I do believe in age-appropriate living your life in free spirit, out of the box or labels with joy

I don't gossip I live my own life

I was a shy child, inner-self and joyful

I graduated from Arsakeio school, amazing girls only

I followed unsuccessfully my father's wish to study abroad and work in the family business

I loved my mother. She was generous, kind, a lady. Too many unknown people came to her funeral, she only knew how she had helped them

I have scenes with abusive behaviors in my environment and my mind was hardwired to go back to what was familiar

I was sexually abused

Trigger thoughts: why now/never too late. some things had better not be said/you cant hide from your stories, you are not alone, you are not the only one

I choose to be free from the past and happy
