The Key Principles of RTC

RTC® is strengths-based, not deficit-based.

Our starting assumption is that the client is not broken and that they tap into their inner resources to find solutions, take actions to solve their problems and achieve their goals.

Coaches should inspire clients to move towards pleasure (AKA Life without the problem) and away from pain - following the Pain/Pleasure continuum.

The RTC coaching framework has been approved by ICF.
